Hi, I’m Rylie — the face behind Brim Ave. What started as a small dream turned into a passion for creating hats that make women feel confident, put together, and effortlessly boujee.

Brim Ave was born from my love of western style with a modern, feminine twist. Think clean neutrals, timeless details, and a little bit of luxe. Every hat is designed to tell a story! Your story! Whether it’s a custom trucker for a girls’ trip, a cowboy hat for your next event, or the perfect everyday piece, I want each one to feel made for you.

I started Brim Ave during a season of trusting where the Lord was leading me, even when I couldn’t see the full picture. It became more than just hats — it became a reminder that you can create something beautiful out of faith, grit, and a whole lot of heart.

• Or, book a virtual hat appointment if you’d rather design it one-on-one.

Once your design is finalized, we’ll carefully craft, package, and ship your Brim — ready for your next moment.

How long does it take to get my order?

Each hat is made and packed with care, so please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipping. Custom orders may take a bit longer — but trust us, they’re worth the wait!

Do you offer custom hats?

Absolutely! Custom truckers and cowboy hats are what Brim Ave is all about. Whether it’s for an event, a girls’ trip, or just something that feels so you, we'd love to bring your vision to life.

Can I return or exchange my hat?

Because each hat is made to order, returns and exchanges aren’t available at this time. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out — we want you to love your Brim Ave piece.

How do I know what size to get?

Most of our hats are one size fits most, with an adjustable snapback or inner band for the perfect fit. For sizing help, check the details listed under each product description.

Do you do events or pop-ups?

Absolutely! From bachelorette parties to corporate events, weddings, and birthday parties, Brim Ave brings the full hat experience to you.

How should I care for my hat?

Keep your Brim looking fresh by storing it in a cool, dry place and avoiding long exposure to moisture. For dust or makeup marks, gently wipe with a clean cloth or soft brush.
